Tova

For context, I am totally blind. I had a guide dog named Tova who passed away in June of 2024, she was a standard poodle. The people at Gateway were so incredibly sweet, I truly cannot say enough good about them. They did Tova's cremation for free to honour her services. They were so caring and sweet throughout the entire process. It has taken me a long time to get around to writing this, and I am able to write it with ease now because I have finally made it through my grief. My grief was so painful and hard, but the people at Gateway made me feel as though I wasn't alone, and that helped more than anyone could know. I truly appreciate them.

Custom paw print

We received our custom pawprint today for our boy Happy and we are absolutely blown away. The details and colour are absolutely perfect! I am so happy that I chose the custom pawprint. I honestly was skeptical about how it would turn out and never imagined how perfect it would be. Thank you for providing this priceless memorial for my boy. I wish that I could attach a picture of it for everyone to see.

When we lost Nugget it was a shock- a regular check up turned into a shocking nightmare we were propelled head first into. Gateway made a very difficult process so much easier. I didn't have to hiccup-sob through a phone call, it was all online and had pictures every step of the way. I didn't have to call them, they simply made arrangements with Nuggets vet and the moment I could bring myself to read a very easily laid out site, wiggle nugget had her remains cremated and put into a *beautiful* box that was tightly sealed and placed into a bag as diva as she was; the box, the bags and tote were perfect, and the cremation certificate really was perfect. thank you every one at gateway. I'D THANK YOU IN CALL BUT I DON'T THINK I COULD BE COHERENT.

I just picked up my boy Walter's remains and wanted to Thank you for putting so much care into the presentation of the urn in the velvet bag, the nice envelope sealed with a sticker. It shows that you understand what pet parents are going through as they receive their precious babies back after letting them go. I chose the cedar urn and it's beautiful. Thank you for providing me with the little bag of fur and paw print, they are beyond treasured.

He’s home!

I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of our boy stunner and returning him to us so promptly. His urn is absolutely beautiful and I love that it says his name and nickname on it. I was so overwhelmed with joy and sadness when i received him in a beautiful gift bag, with velvet bags containing his urn and one containing the extras. You can tell that there is care and compassion for our beloved pets.

A beautiful way to keep his memory alive

I ordered a custom painted urn THROUGH gateway via my vet office for my cat that recently passed away. I could not stop crying when i saw the paint job they did- they captured my beautiful finn perfectly based off the photo i submitted. I couldn’t believe how much it looked like him. Thank you for the amazing keepsake to honour him, i will cherish it forever. Would highly Recommend your services to anyone who has suffered the loss of a beloved pet! Thank you again.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for being kind, and caring during this difficult time. I felt like Koda was in good hands and eveyone was very professional. The scatter container, and paw print are absolutely beautiful. She was a much loved member of our family for fifteen years and we will continue to have her with us. Thank you again. Two years ago we lost our beloved Jake jakie boy and Gateway handled the service for jake.
Because of the care and professional handling of services for Jake, it made our decision easy to have gateway handle the services for our tumble girl.

I was so impressed with the services provided throughout the process by gateway staff, everyone was So COURTEOUS and compassionate. I absolutely loved the items i received back, the entire package was dignified and showed care was taken in returning the cremated remains of my beloved harley.
