The veterinary Hospital recommended Gateway cremation and products after Her trip over the rainbow bridge. We are extremely pleased with their service and our purchase. The package we received was beyond our expectations.

Miss Driveway

Our lovEd beagle mix dog of 13 years passed away unexpectedly of liver cancer. She would have had many good years ahead. The product selection is awesome as well as the people you talk to when I
called with questions. Very fast service, we had our loved miss driveway back in a week from pick up. The beautiful Blue everything comes in as well as the products we ordered. We were pleasantly pleased and very happy with the final results. Thank you for taking such good care of our loved miss driveway and we are happy to have her back with us.

Compassionate care for our pet and our family

The care and compassion we experienced working with Gateway could not have been better in any way. They were so kind in helping us memorialize our dog Reese who was truly a member of our family. The ladies at Gateway allowed us all of the time we needed to say our good-byes and were so patient when we thought we were ready and then changed our minds and needed to see him again.

They assisted us in selecting items to help our small children 6 and 3 remember Reese and allowed us to call a family member who was unable to participate in person. We selected a cedar box urn which was so beautifully engraved.

We truly felt that our pet was care for by these ladies, that they understood the heartache that comes with saying goodbye and knowing you will go home to an emptier house. We will recommend Gateway to everyone we know.

Cesar

Cesar was returned on June 29th 2022. HE WAS 29 DAYS SHY OF HIS 16TH BIRTHDAY AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH, AND I REALLY HAD A DIFFICULT TIME WITH HIS PASSING AND ALSO THAT IN ALL THESE YEARS HE HAS NEVER BEEN AWAY FROM ME, NOT EVEN A DAY. The presentation of his cremains was beautiful. His cedar box is so nicely coloured, and his clay paw print is perfection. Thank you so much, Gateway, for taking such exceptional care of my boy.

Gateway took such good care of our 13 year old German/Australian pup. The ashes were delivered SO very beautifully and the Ink blot images are exactly as his feet are. Many thanks to everyone involved in making a very hard time a beautiful outcome.

Amazing service

After our 5 year old cat died this February, we chose a Raku/copper urn for him as the description said each is one of a kind and our boy was definitely one of a kind. Because of this we didn’t know what the urn looked like before we got it and I am just blown away by how amazing it is. It has brought me a lot of comfort to have my boy home and in something so beautiful. Makes it even easier to remember how special he was.

Just wanted to say thank you to Gateway for the dignified and professional service I received from them. I had to put my 8 year old Great Dane Triton down mid February 2022. I was honestly shocked at how fancy and professional the package I picked up was. Was great to have my boy home with me again for the rest of my life.

Our Precious Little Pipic

We want to thank Gateway for the way they treated our beloved little Bichon Frise, Pipic who was put to sleep on November 30th of this year. Gateway was extremely professional, reliable and compassionate. We received our baby back in his urn two weeks later with a paw print and a pamphlet on grief and what to expect and how to get help. Shortly after, we received a letter from the Dean expressing his condolences and giving us info . on how new medical developments are being studied.
We miss our baby so bad but know Gateway was very trustworthy and understood what we are going through.

Buddy

We have had many cats in our lifetime but for some reason buddy was so special to our family. We have never had an animal so easy going and affectionate. Even though we knew his time was coming at 11 years old we were still not prepared especially so near to Christmas. We want to thank you for the lovely way his urn was presented and how quickly we got him returned to our household. Thank you so much.
