Peanut

On Jan.11th I had to euthanize my little maltese/Shih-tsu WHO was my BFF for 17 years. The Vet botched the process and it was traumatizing for us both! The receptionist gave us incorrect information regarding the number of days we had to make a decision about her ashes. Long story short, there was what turned out to be an 11th hour request to have her cremated and her ashes returned to us! We finally reached Dierdra at Gateway memorial very last minute and she was just wonderful! Compassionate, understanding, sympathetic and very kind. We felt our Peanut was in good hands! My son brought her home to me with her little paw print tastefully done, her ashes in a beautiful velvet wrapped wooden box and certificate of cremation as well. It was more than I expected. Thank you Gateway for " saving the day" and turning an otherwise horrific experience into something that provided her respect and peace. She's home now and I have you and dierdra to thank for it. You really do "get it". Well done!!

Making it easier

My beautiful boy died at 15 and I was heartbroken over it. Not many people understand what our pets MEAN to us. I wanted to bring home my cat and the box was so beautiful and placed in velvet. I also received the certificate. I can see the way everything was prepared that they knew and understood how deeply I loved my boy. Thank you so much.

Going above and beyond during a difficult time

When we said goodbye to our 20 week old kitten, hunter, in march 2022, we knew the grieving process was going to be so hard. Adjusting to life without our fur baby has not been easy. Gateway pet memorial went above and beyond with the cremation of our boy and we know that he was shown the utmost respect. The memorial products available to us were stunning and reasonably priced. I ordered a locket with hunter’s name engraved on it and i was impressed with the quality of the product. In october, i noticed that the engraving on the locket began to fade due to wear and the oils from my skin. I contacted gateway to see if they would be able to re-engrave it and i was offered a replacement engraved locket at no charge. I am very impressed by their quick response, quick cremation of our boy so he could come home quick and their care of our fur babies. Thank you again for all you do.

Just wanted to say thank you to Gateway for the dignified and professional service I received from them. I had to put my 8 year old Great Dane Triton down mid February 2022. I was honestly shocked at how fancy and professional the package I picked up was. Was great to have my boy home with me again for the rest of my life.

Our BEAUTIFUL girl is home

You guys give the best care to our family members we just lost our furry friend not even a month ago when you guys received our furry family member you guys where quick at getting him back to mommy and daddy and his brother and sister we just want to say thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave to us and our furry family member hershey kisses oh and if you guys want you can use a picture of him for your brochure we don't mind at all thank you guys love yous ❤️ so much and you went beyond your duties for us

Gemma’s urn

I had to put my babygirl down last week, my vet uses gateway for their cremation, I ordered an urn through them and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful urn and engravement. Even though I'd give anything to have my furbaby back in my ARMS, I am glad I will have her with me always in a beautiful way.
