Amazing service

After our 5 year old cat died this February, we chose a Raku/copper urn for him as the description said each is one of a kind and our boy was definitely one of a kind. Because of this we didn’t know what the urn looked like before we got it and I am just blown away by how amazing it is. It has brought me a lot of comfort to have my boy home and in something so beautiful. Makes it even easier to remember how special he was.

Just wanted to say thank you to Gateway for the dignified and professional service I received from them. I had to put my 8 year old Great Dane Triton down mid February 2022. I was honestly shocked at how fancy and professional the package I picked up was. Was great to have my boy home with me again for the rest of my life.

Our Precious Little Pipic

We want to thank Gateway for the way they treated our beloved little Bichon Frise, Pipic who was put to sleep on November 30th of this year. Gateway was extremely professional, reliable and compassionate. We received our baby back in his urn two weeks later with a paw print and a pamphlet on grief and what to expect and how to get help. Shortly after, we received a letter from the Dean expressing his condolences and giving us info . on how new medical developments are being studied.
We miss our baby so bad but know Gateway was very trustworthy and understood what we are going through.

Buddy

We have had many cats in our lifetime but for some reason buddy was so special to our family. We have never had an animal so easy going and affectionate. Even though we knew his time was coming at 11 years old we were still not prepared especially so near to Christmas. We want to thank you for the lovely way his urn was presented and how quickly we got him returned to our household. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to thank you Gateway Pet Memorial for creating an this beautiful cremation of my boy Sparky. My parents brought him home yesterday. I felt so happy to welcome Sparky home in cremation and we also set up a beautiful Memorial tribute table for Sparky. I Miss my boy Sparky everyday; in life he was the sweetest little boy ever and he was so friendly and so happy. He loved being with people and he was so funny and always the cutest boy. He will be remembered with so many memories, he lived great 11 years of his life. We will keep Sparky’s legacy alive and has crossed over the rainbow bridge to Heaven to be free with no more suffering from all the pain and he will never be forgotten and he will be missed in his memory and his spirit will always live on in my heart forever 11.27.2009-11.26.2021

Thank you so much for taking such care of our precious and loved dog, Strawberry. Losing her was the worst day of our life and I still cry every day for her. Knowing that she was cared for so well by your company helped us very much. Her urn and locket were returned to us with beautiful packaging and a card, and I knew at once that you put love into every single pet you receive while preparing for them to return home.
A question I had for you, via email, was answered quickly, and with kindness and compassion. Everything you did was so appreciated, beyond words. Thank you.

My Heart – Rhylee Elizabeth

I have never been able to have children. Rhylee, picked me. The moment I saw her I was in love. We brought her home and had no idea this spazzy little ball of fur was going to command our hearts as she did. It was a very quick and surreal loss. She just got tired on Sunday and at 530 Monday morning, she was gone. Peacefully here at home in our bathroom. I was shredded. There was no consoling me. I found no peace. I didn't see her suffer in debilitating pain. I didn't have to wrestle with the "am I making the right choice?" She chose. The pain, the heartbreak it was always there. Stealing my breath. Bringing her back home felt like a brand new day of hurt and loss. Would I ever be ok without her? No. Definitely not. I lost my angel on November 5th 2018. On March 30th 2019, my friend brought me to the humane society. There we found Charlie. This boy, wow!! His sister sure is doing a great job guiding him. Having my baby angel home and a bit of her in my infinity pendant keeps her right beside my heart where she belongs. I am forever grateful for the care that went into my babies aftercare. I am not a strong enough person to be able to handle the work you all at Gateway do, but I am so happy that you, if you have any type of hand in the workings of this centre, thank you. Your work means so much.

Hershey

Thank you so much for the beautiful way our sweet girl Hershey was returned to us. The urn is a gorgeous sand colour with a blue ribbon and little wooden heart with her name engraved on it, and it was nestled in a cozy velvet bag. We also received a certificate of cremation and a pamphlet on pet grief and loss. It was more caring and compassion than I ever expected to receive at this most difficult time in our lives.
