I absolutely loved the items i received back, the entire package was dignified and showed care was taken in returning the cremated remains of my beloved harley. WITHOUT HESITATION YOU ANSWERED OUR CALL THE DAY OF THE FIRE AND ARRANGED TO HAVE OUR BABIES PICKED UP FROM Selkirk and brought to Gateway. You took care of our loving Souls and would except no payment. I can never give enough thank you's for helping us that tragic day. But here is another...thank you!!!
Services befitting our beautiful Westie.
After 14 wonderful years we had to let our Westie Gracie depart us.We are deeply mourning her loss even after two weeks.However we were thoroughly impressed with Gateway's services.We received her remains/urn(at Aylmer vet clinic) in a stylish but subtle blue bag with the stats on the cremation,a card for our loss and a pamphlet re mourning our girl.As the title says it was all befitting our classy Westie.It's nice to know not only did the vet clinic have our backs but also the after service from Gateway.Thank you.

i wanted to take a moment to say Thank you so much for the experience that i had with the team at your nisku alberta location. i was impressed by the facility, the level of service, the compasion and the overall attention to detail of all aspects from my arrival with my deceased pet to my picking up of the cremated remains of our beloved Jaeger. Truly top notch! I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone who is in need this service.

Our dear Dexter crossed the Rain Bridge on WEDNESDAY the 22nd of November. It came as a shock. Needless to say my wife and I were DEVASTATED. Boreal Animal HOSPITAL informed us of the SERVICES offered by GATEWAY. On THURSDAY we brought DEXTER to Gate and I was IMMEDIATELY at ease. For Susan and I the process is An important one. Arrangements were made and on Monday we arrived. Dexter was brought to us for our last time with him. He looked so peaceful. Of course the tears flowed. At the appointed time Dexter was taken and placed very gently into the CREMATORIUM. I knew that those who cared for him and took him on his Final journey truly cared. Thats IMPORTANT to my wiFe and I. Later that day we picked Dear Dexter up. I was impressed with everything that was done. Dexter is now home with us. ThanK you so much to all. Take care.
Ballerina girl “ Flo”
Sadly, we had to say our final goodbye to our sweet kitty Flo on Tueday November 7 2023 after a short, brave battle with oral cancer. She was a rescue cat from Gananoque humane society in Sept 2013. Honestly, she chose my husband first & made certain she was going home with him. The entire team there gave her the name “ ballerina girl” as she would always stretch her legs out as if using a ballerina bar. She brought so much joy to our lives, so losing her was a devastation to our lives. Today, November 13 2023 she came back home to us. She was beautifully presented & I cried when i saw her engraved box. At first I thought the writing was too small, but, she was such a tiny little girl, & it suited her perfectly. Thank you for such care & compassion for our sweet, beloved fur babies. We have used your services for all 3 of our cats & always have been so pleased. Grief is heartbreaking so our pets deserve the best in life & the best in death. Thank you for your services.
