I had a paw print made with Musa’s PICTURE painted on it. I just wanted to say how much I APPRECIATE all the effort that was put into ensuring I was happy with the final product. Kelsey is compassionate and has great customer service and the artist who painted her is very talented. Thank you.

the perfect memory

I have always been extremely comforted in difficult times when i receive my memorial. this time, my white furred and pink skinned cat sadly passed away, and gateway was excellent with fulfilling my request. Her white base paw memorial is absolutely perfect with its pink coloured paw print. It looks so adorable, and such a perfect way to remember her.

Some peace during a tragedy

In the name of my sister's family and my own, I would like to say a major thank you to Julia and everyone at Gateway Pet Memorial. My sister's house burned in February, the family came out just in time. My brother-in-law wanted to go back for Étoile the family cat but it was to dangerous... Firefighter found her the morning after with very sad news to the family on top of the tragedy they went through... Gateway Pet Memorial were very generous in offering her a private cremation and the dignity that she deserved. That was already a great gesture that went straight to all our hearts. For me, who helped them with the memorial of Étoile, Julia was also of great comfort. She was calm, understanding and so caring. She was really some peace in the middle of the storm! After many months, I simply wished to sent my appreciation to the whole team a Gateway and also to the team at Dr. Vetamin, who were both very professional, kind and empathetic. You were some light during the storm. Thank you.

For context, I am totally blind. I had a guide dog named Tova who passed away in June of 2024, she was a standard poodle. The people at Gateway were so incredibly sweet, I truly cannot say enough good about them. They did Tova's cremation for free to honour her services. They were so caring and sweet throughout the entire process. It has taken me a long time to get around to writing this, and I am able to write it with ease now because I have finally made it through my grief. My grief was so painful and hard, but the people at Gateway made me feel as though I wasn't alone, and that helped more than anyone could know. I truly appreciate them.

Custom paw print

We received our custom pawprint today for our boy Happy and we are absolutely blown away. The details and colour are absolutely perfect! I am so happy that I chose the custom pawprint. I honestly was skeptical about how it would turn out and never imagined how perfect it would be. Thank you for providing this priceless memorial for my boy. I wish that I could attach a picture of it for everyone to see.

When we lost Nugget it was a shock- a regular check up turned into a shocking nightmare we were propelled head first into. Gateway made a very difficult process so much easier. I didn't have to hiccup-sob through a phone call, it was all online and had pictures every step of the way. I didn't have to call them, they simply made arrangements with Nuggets vet and the moment I could bring myself to read a very easily laid out site, wiggle nugget had her remains cremated and put into a *beautiful* box that was tightly sealed and placed into a bag as diva as she was; the box, the bags and tote were perfect, and the cremation certificate really was perfect. thank you every one at gateway. I'D THANK YOU IN CALL BUT I DON'T THINK I COULD BE COHERENT.
