Forever in our hearts

Dear Gateway Family;

Three weeks ago we had to put our beloved Magoo to rest. He had just turned 19 on the 4th of July. He joined his sister, Mookie (12 - 2018) in God’s special place for animals.
He was truly my best friend all these years and most recently my faithful companion during this covid pandemic. It was so traumatic to not be with him as he passed because of no one being allowed in the animal hospital. Luckily, I am a volunteer there and my staff friends took care of him like they would their own!

I want to thank you all for your wonderful services at the crematorium. Just as you had done in 2018 with Mookie, Magoo’s remains were placed in a satin drawstring pouch, a sympathy card, his paw print and placed inside a beautiful cedar box, engraved with his name on top. This means so much to us to know that his remains were handled by such caring and loving people at Gateway!
We also appreciate how quickly he was given back to us! Thank you very much for your professionalism and compassion!

BABY - September 22, 2004 - July 20, 2020 - Gone, but not forgotten.

Sadly, we had to use your services again for our sweet angel Baby. She passed away on July 20, 2020 at the age of 15 years and 10 months. Thank you again for the excellent service you have given us and our baby girl. We are so grateful to have her back home so quickly. It gives us great comfort to have our angel home where she belongs, with us and her fur sister Oreo, who passed in 2018. You do such a great service for so many grieving pet parents.

GATEWAY IS Amazing!

When we had to let our Riley Hope 9-2019 and our Kittles Marie (2-2020) go suddenly, (miss them so very much). Gateway did the private cremation for us and the wooden memorial boxes we received, were engraved with our fur babies name and dates on top and they were so beautiful and well done. I am so happy that Gateway is doing these services for our emergency vet hospital we go to, because that was always one thing I wanted for my fur kids were to be remembered in something so beautiful. It a wonderful keepsake of our passed on babies. I also love that they included a little bit of our pets hair, our pets paw print as a keepsake, seeds to grow for our lost pets and a pamphlet on grievance. I was very impressed and made our difficult time better with our beautiful remembrance we have of them. Thank you Gateway for all that you do, you are so amazing. Keep up the great work, it is much appreciated.

Gone to soon

I miss my oscar so much its been one year and i still cry for you. So sorry that i did not get you looked at sooner i really thought thst it was your anal glad. Turns out it was not. Oscar just know i love you so much and miss you like crazy. I really regret not able to bring you home. Mommy could not afford your remains. I will not replce you i miss your eyes i miss your kisses. I miss you greeting me at the door. It really hard not having you around it took some time to get use to you not being here Heart broken still missing you so much.

King passed on June 1st. He was cremated on June 5th. We have just received the urn and Paw print and could not be happier with how it turned out. This makes it much easier to begin the grieving process. He will be missed by all. He was only 11 and we wish he was still here.

Thank you so much for the services you provide to so many grieving families. I honestly don’t know how you do it, but I am so thankful for the people who can. Thank you for giving my family and I something beautiful to remember our sweet little slinky, I am forever grateful.

Thank you very much for taking care of the remains of our beloved companion, Quinn, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on May 31st. His body was creamated on June 1st. Thank you again for your caring service. The beautiful urn containing his ashes with his name on the little heart decorating it, sits in a prominent place in our home!!!

My sweet boy Jasper passed suddenly on the 5th of May 2020 he would of been 12 years old this December! I felt lost and alone without my constant companion my sweet little baby, but you made it possible for me to bring him home again! My heart is at ease knowing he’s here with me, maybe not in the way I would of liked but as close as I’m going to get. So thank you so much for the love and kindness you showed to my boy and giving me the closure and reassurance I needed by having him home again.

Thank you for providing excellent service for our beloved

We wanted to extend a special thank you for the excellent service and warm care of our beloved Sashie. We were assisted through Banfield Pet Hospital that also provided excellent service and care and when Sashie was returned to us we were still grieving heavily and it didn't occur to open the blue box that we received. Today, I opened the box for the first time and what I found delighted me more than ever. She was in a beautiful cherry box with a lovely card enclosed. I never expected this and i'm sure I was told at the time but it just didn't register at that very moment. Thank you very much Gateway for everything and for helping us through a very painful loss with your warmth and kindness.

Sadly I had to use your services once again with my Bertle, who passed on April 24th, 2020 just 2 days shy of his 8th birthday.

The care and devotion you provide for our beloved pets is above and beyond anything I ever expected. I am once again comforted knowing that my little Honeybee was given the utmost respect after his passing.
