8 years wasn’t long enough. From the front porch hangouts, summer camping trips, backyard bon fires with you curled up on my lap, the couch cuddles, the zoomies around the house, and watching you grow and play alongside your sisters. We’ll miss the sound of your paws puttering on the floor, the sound of you rolling and snorting while itching your back on the rug, the sound of you twirling in circles waiting to get your food, and your snoring beside my ear while sleeping up against me every night. Honestly I could go on and on about all my favourite memories over the past 8 years. The silence hurts. I loved you for your whole life, and I’ll miss you for the rest of my mine. We love you forever Xena, we’ll never stop talking about you and looking at all the photos and memories we have together. - love forever mommy, daddy, and your sisters xoxo
