Mocha

2008 - 2021

Mocha, as soon as I saw you, my heart knew that you were meant to be mine. You were such a happy, playful and snuggly girl. You were diagnosed with Addison's disease at the young age of 5 but you recovered and went back to your puppy-like self. When you were 10, you were diagnosed with congestive heart failure and you still didn't let that stop you, or slow you down. You had some other minor health hiccups in between and despite it all, you still loved life and lived it to the fullest. Your little body fought so hard, until it couldn't fight anymore and you took your final breath in the comfort of our home. You were such a good girl, always there for me through the ups and downs of life and I will forever be missing you. My heart is broken and so sad from losing you, but knowing you are not suffering or in pain brings me peace. Rest easy my sweet, beautiful girl. Wait for me at the rainbow bridge.
