Maya came into my life as a rescue, and from the very first moment, she was more than just a pet—she was family. Her heart was as big as her spirit, and her presence filled my home with love, joy, and comfort. Every wag of her tail, every gentle nuzzle, every soft paw print she left in my heart—these are the moments I’ll hold onto forever.

Though she left suddenly, on the way to the hospital when her little body could no longer fight, Maya's love will remain in my heart forever. I am grateful for the time we had together, for her unwavering loyalty, her gentle soul, and her ability to make every day brighter.

Maya’s spirit was full of resilience, just like the day she was rescued—she never gave up, even when times were tough. She taught me so much about unconditional love, and her memory will live on in the moments we shared, the warmth she brought into my lives, and the lessons she taught me about compassion.
