Shadow

2001 - 2015

In 2001, my family decided that we should get a dog. As an only child, it can get a bit lonely without any siblings. I had no idea that my furry little friend would become such an important part of my life. Shadow was so much more than just my dog, she was my confidant, my best friend, my hide-n-go-seek partner & my shoulder to cry on. Its hard to believe that now she is just a memory.

I will always love & cherish the special moments I was lucky enough to share with her. Old age & cancer took over by the end, but her big strong heart held on until the very end. She was the sibling I never had. I feel now like I have lost a huge part of me. Even though she could never speak back to me, I could feel the love she had for me & I know she knows how much I adored her.

Rest in Paradise my sweet girl. I will always love you forever & will never forget you <3
