2000 - 2019

In spite of the life Chloe had for the first 15 years of her life, her eyes sparked with happiness. You couldn't help but smile when you saw her. She loved life, she loved people and she loved me, just as much as I loved her.

Chloe's spirit, her strength and her love of life are her legacy. Chloe says, "Let go of the past. Don't hold on to grief or anger. Embrace joy!"
