Charlie

2003 - 2018

It was a sincere gift to have Charlie for the 14-years of his life. His motivation was always food and he could hear any food container being opened from any room he was in and would rush right over and watch the floor for any opportunities. Charlie was there for me through some hard times and some really great times, it was hard to see him age, although he did it with grace and dignity...as much as a dog can. It was not hard to make the decision to let him go, but it was the most painful experience to be there with him as he passed, but it was a moment I would not trade for anything. It's okay Charlie, your free now to run and play like you did when you were a puppy. Winston and I will watch for you...
